Woodson Brazed Profile Chefs Knife

This absolutly stunning Chefs knife is hands down my favorite to date. The hand forged blade is a mosaic damascus (1084/15n20) and has a solid brass profiled spine brazed to the blade. The handle is water buffalo with brass and steel pins.
Strength and durability is no issue with this knife. It did two rounds of testing in a competition and you can see the videos attached.
