Hand Forged Integral Bolster Chef’s Knife

This beautiful piece of functional art was forged from 52100 steel. The blade has a true mirror finish. The handle it’s a hybrid with a multi color dyed and stabilized Cottonwood burl and resin with a carbon fiber secondary bolster.
